The conference programme will open with registration and refreshments at 9 am on Tuesday 9 September 2008 and close at approximately 5 pm.

Conference fees
Conference fees include access to the event plus refreshments and lunch.

For places reserved by Monday 30 June 2008, the following fees will apply:

Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or BACS. Debit / Credit card payments will also be accepted. Payment must be made in full prior to the event to ensure access to the conference.

How to register
Registration must be made in advance. Please use the REGISTER option on the menu to the left of this page to complete and submit your registration.

Acknowledgement of registration
Receipt of your registration form will be acknowledged within three working days. You will be issued with an invoice at this time detailing the package you have selected and the appropriate fee.

Payment information
In order that your invoice / payment may be dealt with promptly and your registration secured, please ensure you state your account code / purchase order references on the registration form.

Payment can be made by cheque, BACS or credit card. If you wish to pay by credit card please telephone +44(0) 1772 767736.

Joining instructions
Full joining instructions, together with travel details and location map, will be sent to registered delegates approximately two weeks before the conference.

Delegates with specific needs
If you have any specific needs related, for example, to sight, hearing, mobility access or special diets, please indicate these on the registration form and the conference organisers will contact you to ascertain your individual requirements.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your place at the conference, the event organisers must be informed in writing (email is acceptable). Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the event will be subject to a charge of 20% of the delegate fee. Later cancellations will not receive any refund. Named substitute delegates may be accepted. Full contact details of substitute delegates should be submitted at the time of cancellation.
